1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, including any seals, boxes, or protective coverings.
  • Eligible Products: This policy applies to all products, including those from our partner brands like ScentSavvy, PureLuxe Beauty, EssenceCraft, and RadiantBloom Skincare.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sample-sized products, gift cards, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@irfanbhattibeauty.com or call +1 (234) 567-890 within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Return it to:

  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@irfanbhattibeauty.com. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees, at your preference.

5. International Returns
